Document accessibility remediation & NIMAS conversion
Everybodyneeds an editor.
Machines included. We take the document work that has to be right and can't be done by hand at volume — and hand every judgment call back to a person.
What we do
- Make documents accessible. Word and PDF files brought up to WCAG 2.1 AA and ADA Title II — tagged headings, alt text, reading order, contrast, tables — with a conformance report that states its own limits.
- Produce NIMAS filesets. Curriculum source turned into the validated package that braille, large print, audio, and digital text are made from, with print pagination preserved.
- Triage a backlog. Point us at ten thousand files. Get back what's already fine, what a machine can fix, and what needs a person — with hours attached to the last pile.
- Copyedit at scale. Tracked changes with the reason attached, bound to the exact run of text. Nothing is applied until you approve it.
- Build it into your shop. The same systems running on your hardware, your model keys, your network rules. Specs and test corpus included.
Your files never leave your building
- Everything runs on hardware you control.
- Nothing is uploaded to us or to anyone else for processing.
- Nothing is retained after a job finishes.
- Nothing you give us is ever used to train a model. Not ours, not a vendor's.
